It's clear to me the story was built around Sandman and that Venom was just there for some action scenes. Although it's no secret I've never been a big Venom fan. I can't believe how many not so great reviews it got. Also the comments on Digg were annoying, they kept calling Peter Emo. The movie had a simple plot, great action, and lots of character issues. Plus seeing Venom was awesome. I could have done without Sandman, he didn't do anything for the story. He just added great combat scenes. My score was an "A".
